Software Support Contract
Included with each software license is a six-month unlimited support contract. Support is delivered exclusively through our
email-based support ticket system.
Included in the support contract:
Installation support
We provide full support for installation of the software. Remote installation by our engineers is available for a one-time fee of $100.
Technical support
We provide full technical support for all functionality of the software. This includes, but is not limited to,
the following:
- Questions about software functionality
- Configuration options
- Errors or other bug reports
Server move support
We provide full support for moving the software from one server to another.
NOT included in the support contract:
Code modifications
We do not provide support for code modifications made by the customer. A code modification is defined as any
change to the program's functionality by editing the source code.
Custom scripting services
Custom scripting services are not provided with your support contact. This is defined as any service where
we add custom functionality or changes to your installation of the software.
Database conversion services
Custom database conversion services (such as migration from another product) are not included in the
support contact.
Language changes or internationalization
Though our products are designed to support multiple languages, we do not provide support for translating the software into
another language, and we can make no guarantees that the software will work with any particular language and/or character set.
